Important that those who voted to leave sign up to keep the pressure on the government. There are many coming out of the woodwork trying to ignore democracy. They cannot accept what the majority of people want. Sign up. :ayatollah:

What's the rush don't you want the best for the uk in negotiations??

What's the huge panic about you all worried that it's the wrong out come?

Have faith in you leaders of Johnston grove and farage. None of them are in any panic or rush to get out. You voted for them now you need to trust them to follow through on you wishes properly. Sit back chill you can't kick out immigrants and Muslim and non Whites overnight you need to act on one of the many many plans the leave campaign had. ;-)

No rush to leave. Not signing this shite, I want Britain out but I also want us to be in a strong position. We need at least 6 months to prove to Europe that we are still going strong and that leaving the EU will not have a negative effect on us. Once they see this they will make our exit as easy as they can because they will want us to be the EUs biggest and richest trading partner.

What exactly does activating Article 50 right now do? It makes us rush and make silly mistakes, we need to put everything in place for our exit before activating it. We will allow the EU to bully us if we activate it now. S

I voted to remain. But now that we leaving and the leave campaign had no plan in place we need to think one up and not rush it so we get the best for our country. I believe most leave voters understand this is for the best and voted leave as they researched and felt it was the best option for the country, but know it take a fair few years to go into effect after fully leaving.

These people who think it should be done instantly because if it is we wake up the next day in some super utopia need a reality check.

precisely.

in addition to the above, wouldn't it be wise to get a government together before making important decisions? every step taken now must be carefully considered as there are huge consequences, not just hastily done.

Would you have confidence in Theresa May ( a remainer and possibly next PM) to invoke article 50? People are now coming out of the woodwork and some taking legal action to ignore the wishes of the majority of the voting public. Unfortunately many of the remainers cannot accept democracy and they are trying everything to overturn the voting public. Let's invoke it and then negotiate. If the vote is ignored it would be the end of democracy in this country.

I personally think as a remainer we should stick with the vote. But before voting I know that the result isnt set in stone , as did my research on what we voting for. But to for leavers now to be in some crazy mass panic is absurb it's been 10 days. It's ironic that a lot voted because in they belief the eu is undemocratic (which it isn't) and now that democracy is at work don't like it first a new leader has to be "democratically" elected. Then an act may have to be passed by "our democratically" voted repersentatives. So please relax the "democracy" that we so love is a slow process. That's with out adding in the House of Lords. (Unelected)
Now suddenly the eu wasn't as bad as our system is eh? The british goverment is way less democratic than the EU.

Theresa May has been speaking aout us leaving the eu since she has put her name forward as a candidate, if we invoke article 50 now we have 2 years to start negotions from today . Who is going to do those negotions ? we don't have a PM at the moment. It's better to take our time get a PM in to start to negotiate, let the EU digest the result as at the moment they aren't happy . It would be much better for the country if we start negotiating first and get rules, laws in place first then invoke article 50 so it's a mre flowing transition to go it alone , than invoking article 50 now and say in 2 years we haven't finished negotiations then we pretty much have to take whatever offer thy offer us (which wont be best for Britain)

Theresa May was a remainer but she kept a very low profile in the referendum, she has spoken about invoking article 50 when Britain is ready, we are not ready. It will be invoked before the next general election. I don't want to patronise you but you obviously don't know a lot about politics if you think the government will ignore the will of the people on such a big issue. UKIP will sweep almost every leave voting seat if we don't leave the EU, it's political suicide.

The legal challenges are all bullshit and won't go anywhere, I have read countless articles saying it's angry remainers posturing. We invoke it now without a sitting PM who is going to negotiate for us? We will get a shit deal because we wouldn't have enough time. If I was in charge i'd get everything in place, a fully briefed team of negotiators, get the economy as strong as it can be and get a broad range of people signed up for the negotiations. I wouldn't invoke article 50 until September 2017.
