perfect fit for ramsey as long as he is allowed to play in the position he does for us.. my worry is will he get in front of Rakitic, Busquets and inestia? they paid big money for Arda Turan and he cant get a sniff. shame we aint got any sell on fee lol

I think under FIFA rules (or some sort of ruling) we'd get a nominal fee for being part of his "development"

again, im sure I have seen the same thing posted over and over again regarding a £50m bid from Barca, just cheap journalism again, until its official I don't take to much notice

I think under FIFA rules Ridsdale should be banned from any future involvement in football for literally giving away the most valuable footballer ever to play for Cardiff City simply for a short term fix needed to get out of a mess created by himself and that idiot Hammam.

As fantastic as Aaron has been for us, he was dismal for Arsenal last season. There is no way he'd get in Barca's midfield right now.
He's fantastic for us in the free role he's allowed, but he's shown time and time again how undisciplined he is in Arsenals set up. He's an awkward player to accommodate, and unfortunately he's not good enough for force a big team to build their team around him.

He went to the wrong club, Arsenal was never the right fit for him. I think he under-estimated himself as he would've been a lynch-pin at Man United right now.
The fans' of Arsenal treat him like shit whilst lauding up Wilshere - Wenger plays him on the right wing to accommodate an unbalanced team of play-makers. It's no coincidence Ramsey plays better with pace around him. Arsenal play with Giroud, Cazorla and Ozil as their outlets so it's no wonder Rambo has found himself as a square peg in a round hole there.
Give him the freedom of the midfield to do his thing and there is few better in the world.

Well done Ramsey really pleased for you if this comes off.
Some of the rubbish you have to take off Arsenal fans in unreal especially when their English 'stars' can do not wrong.
You've shown what you can do playing within a Welsh team that plays for each other, now do the same for Barceloan.
Continue to make Cardiff and Wales fans proud.

I'm assuming we don't have a sell on clause.

No we don't, City sold Ramsey for a straight cash deal.

Ramsey is clearly a quality player but I think he's been a victim of Arsenal's staleness lately. Playing for Wales he's been hot and cold this tournament. I thought he was distinctly average against Slovakia (bar the assist) and England. When he's good, he's very good but he needs more consistency if he's going to get into the Barcelona first team. I think he's got the potential though and with the right coaching he could flourish there.

Completely agree - never forget him coming back and scoring twice for Arse; his and our reaction was worth the season ticket alone.

I would prefer to see him at Real Madrid with Bale.

He's not getting in that midfield ahead of Kroos and Modric I'm afraid.
