I think the tactic and the system used will be exactly the same just different personel.Maybe its Ginge's time and mabe start Williams in Ramsey's position.I'll bet Coleman already knows his side.

I think Ramsey will be a huge loss but with the spirit and talent of this squad I still back us to get through. Portugal are no better than Belgium

it's been troubling me this, the back 3 has 1 out and out defender (williams) with 2 mobile defenders beside him. Having Williams and Collins in the same team lacks pace.

Interesting to see what happens

Portugal have'nt set the tournament alight. Won just once 1-0 against Croatia apart from the penalty shoot out. Don't think Wales should fear them.

Have Portugal got anyone suspended too? I had a feeling that one of thier players had had 2 yellows.

Maybe move Gunter to one of the CB positions and have Richards RWB?

yes, it's very interesting and not straightforward when we have suspensions at the back. Jazz Richards has played well for Wales previously. English press are assuming Collins will come in, I have doubts on that :ayatollah:

I'd consider playing Cotterill in Ramsey's role. He is good for set pieces and a fine passer of the ball.

At the back I worry about James Collins's lack of pace and if he moves Gunter inside is Richards good enough ?

There are the biggest decisions that Coleman's career.

Whatever he decides I feel Portugal are beatable

it is clear that losing ramsey is a hammer blow to our chances, make no mistake. davies has surprised me this tournament, in the past he has struck me as a nervous player who'se first thought if to avoid cocking up, which is never good. however, at this tournament he has defended valiantly.

williams is decent but we have to be realistic, a championship player, whereas ramsey regularly plays champions league football.

it will be interesting to see how we line up though.

Maybe your right but I hope Coleman doesn't go down the england route.I would bring in Ginge as a like for like replacement as Gunter for me is no CB.The way Wales is set-up at the moment its not likely that Collins lack of pace will be exposed and if anything is better in the air than Davies.

Gunter into centre back with Jazz Richards right back and Andy King in for Ramsey. Let's just hope Ramsey will be well rested for the final

Now is not the time to experiment. Collins in for Davies, King in for Ramsey.

Gunter plated as the third centre half (sweeper) against Belgium so have to assume that Coleman like that 3rd ch as someone with a bit of pace rather than out and out height/ heading ability. Would expect him to go with this and Richards taking his place at right fb.

Jonny Williams is the nearest player we've got to swap like for like with Ramsey ...

Hennessey
Richards
Taylor
Williams
Chester
Gunter
Allen
Ledley
Ramsey
HRK
Bale (IMO)
