PALACE AGREE TOMKINS FEE
Crystal Palace have agreed a £12.5million fee for West Ham defender James Tomkins, according to the Daily Mail.
The 27-year-old will become their third signing within a couple of days after Andros Townsend and Steve Mandanda also joined the club.
