I totally disagreed with giving Coleman a new deal before the euros, felt he should prove himself and then get a new deal. After all you see so many managers given new deals only to fail and be paid up. While I'll never agree with giving Williams the captaincy it's hard to argue of Colemans credentials, he has so far got it spot on including the subs.
I hope the money the FAW have made we will go forward now.

I'm with you. I didn't think that he had what it takes to get us out of group stages after the England game. The performances v Russia and Belguim have been fantastic. What's even better is that we are called a one man team by the media. What I've seen is a harmonious squad who would fight for one another till the end of the battle.
I'm no fan of the grandparent rule but having Williams as the captain makes sense to me. He's a natural leader and a major part of our success.

Without the Grandparent rule,Wales would NEVER qualify for any Tournament,we do not have enough quality players?
