No, it's not ^. We've won more knockout round matches, not total games.

England have never won a knockout game at the Euros though have they? They beat Spain on penalties in Euro 96 after a 0-0 draw though, if that counts?
In which case we have won more knockout matches than all of Britain put together EVER... Not just England in the last 20 years.
