' CLOUD NINE AND I AM NOT COMING DOWN '
That was the best game of the tournament, not just by Wales but by anybody.
Tactics were perfect.
The best performance by a British team in a tournament.
A comfortable win.
These were comments by the commentary on the BBC.
Every Welsh fan is feeling unbelievably proud tonight of our nation, we have just beaten the second best team in the world, and we have just shown the whole world how good we are.
I am gutted for Aaron Ransey and Ben Davies, 2 cards each in 5 games is harsh to say the least to miss a game.
I am sailing on cloud nine and I am not coming down for five days at least.

Watched the match in a bar in Croatia and I can tell you they loved it out here, Croatians, Italians, Polish, Swedish, Slovenians even the Kraut's not to mention this daft Welsh lad who has NEVER felt so proud of our team before.
And what about our fans have to be the best at the tournament surely.

Just wanted to come on here and congratulate you, fantastic performance by your country, fully deserved.

Pretty unbelievable.
I'm 31 now and so lucky to have seen so much in football at City and now Wales.

Sorry but for me Toshack gave the belief

Yes, it was Toshack that gave most of these players their debuts and took flak at the time. Like the players of 76 who also got us to the quarter finals they have not got the recognition they deserved.

fantastic to be in the semi final, but those who watched the game sober would have seen we were anything but comfortable until the goal from vokes. the fellaini header, the triple goal line clearance, lets have a bit of humility, do not pretend we dominated belgium. 3 fantastic goals though and the best result in my lifetime for wales.

We never dominated Belgium but we deserved to win.

Carl, as you know I work for a bookies in England. I have enjoyed the last week or so.
I'm going to enjoy the next few days even more.
To be fair to England fans, they've been supporting us tonight
We were fantastic tonight, in total shock at how good we were. I went to the Belgium home match last June and we were fantastic, but we were even better tonight.

I'd say for most of the game. Toward the end of course not but that's football especially with the attacking players they have.
Infact when they has the possession they played into our hands and we for the 3rd

We were fantastic and the only stat that counts is the goals.
We rode our luck at times but after years of rotten spiteful bad luck (vs. Yugoslavia 76, Scotland 77, Iceland 80, Scotland 85, Rumania 93 and Russia 03) I make no apologies for finally having some in our favour.
My favourite part of last night was bog average Chris Gunter (Reading) putting over a world class cross for bog average Sam Vokes (Burnley) to score one of the goals of the tournament.
Those 2 working together sum up this Welsh side in those average footballers suddenly becoming world beaters once they pull on that magnificent red shirt of Wales.
We have something so special in this Welsh team and whatever happens next they are all heros to a man and I’m so proud of them and my nation.

I'm Irish. I was watching last night's game as a supposed neutral. I had goosebumbs and tears in my eyes at final whistle. Wow. Simply wow. No neutral here. Come on Wales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
