We’re pleased to confirm that our EFL Cup first round fixture with Bristol Rovers will be played on Thursday, 11th August 2016, kicking off at 7.45pm.
The fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Ticket information for the Bluebirds’ first visit to the Memorial Ground since October 1999 will be announced in due course.
City last played Rovers – in the same competition – back in August, 2009. Josh Magennis scored in a 3-1 victory at CCS that day, as flashback of which you can view below!

we are playing Saturday after not much rest time there , also I was able to go on Tuesday , can't now , f*cking Sky
