KANTE ARSENAL-BOUND?

Arsene Wenger has warned Leicester City they may struggle to hold on to N’Golo Kante this summer.

Arsenal have failed in their pursuit of Jamie Vardy, but may yet raid the Premier League champions for Kante, according to the Evening Standard.

The paper report that Wenger is keeping tabs on the 25-year-old, who is currently playing for France at Euro 2016, and the Arsenal boss has also spoken on television about the midfielder.

He told BeIn Sports: “Kante is on the list of many clubs. It is an area where we have many players.

“We will see what happens in the next two or three weeks. It looks like Leicester have bought a player from Nice [Nampalys Mendy] with similar qualities to Kante, so whether they envisage to lose him or not I don’t know.”
