" GARETH BALE SAYS "

Gareth Bale says finishing top of #EURO2016 group was a "moral victory." Good to have "bragging rights" & get one "over the English."

Seems a bit unfair that the team finishing second end up playing Iceland, and to rub salt into the wound they get an extra couple of days rest.

They are in the much tougher side of the draw though and it may be better to play sooner rather than later - I'm sure the Welsh team will be sufficiently rested by Saturday evening.

It just gives Roy Hodgson a couple of more days dithering over which overhyped prima donnas he should pick to start the match!

Yes, right enough. My predictions have been wrong so far, so I think I'll go 4-0 to N Ireland. Be unlucky for us if I go for anything different based on my forecasts to date.

Iceland have deserved to be where they are. Fair play to them

Then a quarter final with France. Their journey will end in Paris.
