I won't be posting much on here for the next three days as off to Toulouse with my daughter Alexandra, Carl and his daughter Angharad to watch Wales play Russia and secure the points needed to go further in the Euros.

The weather is supposed to be very hot tomorrow, so pack some shorts!!!
