How is it possible for Aaron to do all these long throws for Iceland but none for Cardiff??

I remember he hurt his shoulder and was unable to throw long for a while, so I always assumed it was a continuation of that but watching tonight's game it seems not...

Maybe it was Russell Slade's decision?? :?

I'm sure I read it was Slade's decision as he didn't think it was effective.

I don't think its as good as it used to be.I seem to remember before the injury he could throw even further than he was last night or it could be my imagination.

Yes it was Slades decision not to use the long throws, will have to see what Trollopes view is :thumbup:

Useful throw when appropriate but not a patch on Andy Legg. We won promotion on the back of his throws, which were better and caused more opposition confusion than our corners! LOL :laughing6: :thumbup:

I think his throws can be effective when used sparingly. But you need a big lump like Kenwyne on the end of them.

Gunner lives near me. asked him a few weeks back how we havnt seen so much of it, and his words was he was told not to do it by our coaches

No the city players told to go backwards even when only 40yds from goal when have touch or free kick!! :roll:
