I've ordered my gum shield

Right.. I've just ordered a gum shield (extra large obviously)...and a retractable cosh online. (I've got my Mams old bum bag somewhere with 'I loves Porthcawl' on it).
A week of steroids (also bought on line) and a few sit ups and I'll reckon I'll be right for the Russians in Toulouse.
