Everton have confirmed the appointment of Southampton boss Ronald Koeman on a three-year deal.
Koeman replaces Roberto Martinez, who was sacked last month, at the helm at Goodison Park.
Sky sources understand Everton have paid Saints around £5m compensation for the services of the former Netherlands international defender.
