There were great scenes on one ferry from Portsmouth to St Malo last night as Welsh supporters belted out Stereophonics classics, as the video above shows.

We'll be bringing you all the pictures, videos and colour as the Welsh army travel over the channel and we'll have the very latest from the team with both Slovakia and Wales set to hold press conferences later today.

And judging by Twitter showing the English how to conduct themselves when abroad. Noisy, colourfull, patriotic and respectful to football fans from other nations. Having a great time with not a gas canister or police dog in sight.

Makes you proud to be Welsh. :)

If its on Twitter, it must be true. Ha ha. But we are not confronted by Muslims hell bent on attacking us. Seems strange that the only place there is trouble is where Muslims started it (according to local French people). The same problems would occur if we were in Marseille, so don't pretend they wouldn't.

There would be no where near the level of violence if Wales were in a so called Muslim city. We wouldn't go there singing 'Stand Up if you hate the French' or 'ISIS where are you'. we'd go there with a sense of fun and friendship. Our support is not tarnished with large pockets of racist, ignorant people who show no respect for other countries. Horrible scum.

Totally agree

The 'Jacks' appear to be taking a bit of stick, according to some reports though!

Right or wrong? :?

Wrong IMHO, as much as I don't like them, I think on international fans should simply be "Welsh"

When it comes to wales games the jacks always chuck their toys out of the pram. Cardiff have done this and that blah blah. The last time wales played england in cardiff the jacks brought their mob supposed to have be looking for cardiff ... Made sure they got an escort through cardiff centre :sleepy2: So when the jacks keep saying together stronger makes me laugh.

Hope they read this.

Spot on mate - its never their fault, always someone else, usually of a different race and colour.

I hope our fans got as much balls as the English when getting attacked by Russians in Toulouse. Before anyone says it won't happen, it happened in Moscow 2003.
