Welsh in the heart not just in the blood? My mate tells me that you know whether your Welsh from somewhere within (comes from the heart). Even if he wasn't born in Wales? Debatable perhaps? Personally I think he is turning up for the Welsh glory days euros etc! Lol he's lived here for 12 years though.

Well I must have been correct about the sugar addiction because it didn't last log and I started scoffing shit again but intend on trying again! I must admit Pugh it does seem like drivel lol ....I was a respected poster once upon a time .....
