"We were lost in France"

Fri Jun 03, 2016 8:56 am

According to Bonnie Tyler she was lost in France, but will Wales be lost in France is the question? We are now just days away from what we all wish will be a "Magical Mystery Tour" around the massive country that is France with my Franch phrase book in hand. I am booked to go to all games up to the last 16, ( hope we don't have to go to Nice on the Monday, my pennies and leave at work will be at breaking point) Anyway from Lens to Nice from Toulouse to Bordeaux we are all ready to have a ball.

Having suffered all the near and far misses down the years (Yes I am an old git) I am so looking forward to the month of June. I think we have one of the best first 11 ever ( Oh to have an Ian Rush up Top ) If we can keep the likes of Arron and Gareth fit then CAN WE DO A GREECE I would like to think we could get at least to the quarter finals.

So I would ask everyone what are their hopes and predictions for the Tournament with the following questions, My predictions are in Brackets

1. How will Wales fare? (Quarter-finals)
2. Who will win the Tournament? (Germany)
3. How will England do? (Quarter-finals)
4. How will Northern Ireland do? (Group stage only)
5. Who will be the player of the Tournament? ( Gareth Bale)

Enjoy the Experience andViva la Pays De Gales ( i think thats how they say it

I'm just going to have a good time and savour the atmosphere

I have waited long enough for us to qualify I am just going to enjoy being part of the festival

Personally I think we will just scrape through the group and then anything else is a bonus

We are desperately short of firepower and Bale is going to be in for some rough treatment but we will be hard to beat that's for sure

Win lose or draw I will be in France sinking a few beers and cheering on the boys

Safe journey to all going let's have a great time

In just about a week to 10 days there will not be just one Welsh person lost in France, there are going to be 1000's. Many drunk, with lobster coloured skin and skint.

1/Just scrape out of the group
2/France
3/Hate to say it but semis or final. Boring football but don't concede many
4/Surprise package - quarter finals
5/Griezzman

Wish I was going and be safe and have a great time to all who are
