A couple of reasons in my opinion
No Discount for Season Ticket holders
Not promoted enough
No Big Day/ Event for the Sale of it

Also not a great deal of difference from last season strip

I also got rather annoyed as a loyal fan and season ticket holder. I made the mistake of pre-ordering 1 kit on line. I was told that there was no discount or loyalty points because I had pre-ordered online and not through the shopWhat the heck is that about
. The same kit I bought from the shelf in the shop I was entitled to the so called loyalty points whatever they are.
I then asked if I could get a refund of my online purchase and then buy the kit again to get the points. I was told flatly no because it goes through " a different system". Thanks City, you really know how to treat your customers who pre-ordered.
On the bright side the kit is nice and although similar to last season, I think the plain blue shirt and more prominent white stripes on the shorts and socks are a bit nicer.
I didn't get a bloody free ice cream either

That's rubbish.
Distant selling regulations allow you to cancel any online purchase within 30 days.
People shouldn't work for an online retailer if they don't know the rules.

I agree with Annis for all the good work off the pitch done by the club over the last few months ...we do seem to have lost a hell of a lot of support, passion and loyalty from thousands of fans
Not sure if it's all to do with Tan and the rebrand but for whatever reason it just not the same down the City these days

Why would people want to but the new CCFC top to wear to the Euros? Isn`t it Wales playing rather than Cardiff City?
Whatever happened to "Together Stronger" etc?

The majority of people who are going to the Euro's probably do not have buying the new City shirt on the day its come out at the top of their priorities list right now which will therefore have an effect on sales.

The more of my mates I speak to the more I think we underestimate the effect that the boring/passionless football we had for the majority Slade's time in charge has had on the casual fan.
I've been going down since 1971/72 and I can remember some real crap football/results in that time but I really can't remember such a sustained period of boring/passionless football as we've just experienced. It's an entertainment business and whilst we're used to losing as City fans![]()
that can be, and often was, just as entertaining. Just give us a battle and 100% and most people will walk away relatively content with spending the entrance fee.
Of course, VT was responsible for bringing Slade in and could/should have got rid of him sooner but I don't think he's solely to blame on this one and he's just easy to have a pop at.
It will now take a sustained period of progression to get those fans back and, hopefully, Trollope has that in his job description because if I have to sit through more of the dirge I experienced with Slade then I will begin to question my sanity of continual season ticket renewal![]()
