He's deffo the new boss he's done all the right things press wise so far ie no big boasts bout going up etc the leeds fans are warming to him on the forums maybe it's the big leeds United name that enticed him to Elland Rd cos it certainly could not have been about cellino

I'm surprised Monk has gone there if I'm honest. Either he is naïve and walking towards an approaching train or they have offered him loads to spend and assurances about his treatment (control of management decisions etc.). He could make a decent fist of it, or the fist could end up inserted!

Monk's ego has gotten the better of him. He is so out of his depth as a manager. Leeds fans must be gutted, angry and just fed up of the no marks who have been appointed manager. They were better off with the last one they had.

Mind you Leeds are a small club, and so Monk's appointment is about right then.

True but Cellino makes Tan look sensible I think Tan has calmed down since we have been relegated and starting to understand how to do things while Cellino will continue to sack managers like its going out of fashion he is never going to change.
