Exchanging cash for Euros - advice pls

Guys, is it best to exchange in UK or in France? I heard ATM in France will be good rate but only if you don't use it numerous times - any advice pls.................

Download the revolut app onto a smartphone, you can order a card for it which takes a few days and use it in France. You simply transfer money into the app and take it out. If you don't spend it in France just take out what is left in uk.thats what I have done. 12 of us going to Bordeaux and we have all done it.

If you are taking cash, buy it from Ramsden's - always the best rates and if you ask for the internet rate, its even better!! I travel a lot and always use them as usually miles better rates than most high street travel agents or Post Office.

Ive just went and got one myself, never used one before but looks simple enough and pretty instant
