Blackpool turn down Dave Jones as manager and appoint Gary Bowyer

Blackpool have appointed Gary Bowyer as their manager on a one-year rolling deal.

Jonesy and Malky have both been out of work for a while now,will they ever get another managers job?

the longer a manager is out of the game the less likely they are to land a job.

malky's stock has fallen like a stone. whereas jones earned more than enough from us to never need to work again - does he really need the hassle of a lower league job? i'd call it a day if i was him.

Thought Bowyer did a good job at Blackburn, certainly improved when they first took over then this season wasn't really backed after they lost Gestede in the summer. Surprised he's gone to League Two.
