I totally agree. Rooney should be a lot further down the list

I hate it when they try to compare players and say who's better when they play different positions. The only thing I would say in defence of Milner is, if you want to keep bale out of a game you'd stick Milner on him, he'll run non stop and would keep him quiet. It couldn't be done vice versa
