NEW LEEDS MANAGER ODDS
Garry Monk is Sky Bet's 1/3 favourite to replace Steve Evans at Leeds while Ivan Juric (12/1), Steve Kean (14/1), Luis Diego Lopez (18/1) and Roberto Stellone (20/1) are among the other names in the betting. Former player Gary McAllister can be backed at 25/1 while Neil Lennon and Neil Warnock are both priced at 28/1.

Manager Steve Evans has parted company with Leeds United.
Club chairman Massimo Cellino said in a statement: “I would like to thank Steve Evans for his efforts as the head coach of Leeds United.
“Steve completed the job he was brought in to carry out – to keep the team in the Championship - and his hard work here has been greatly appreciated. I wish him and Paul Raynor the very best for the future.
“We have, however, decided that a different approach is required in order to achieve our targets for the new season.
“The club is now looking to appoint a new head coach to build on the good work of Steve and Paul and deliver the special season which our supporters deserve.”

SPURS WANT DEENEY
Tottenham are lining up a summer move for Watford striker Troy Deeney, according to The Sun.
Mauricio Pochettino wants a forward as cover for Harry Kane and is believed to have identified 27-year-old Deeney as the perfect back-up to the England man.

Swansea City's drawn out takeover could be agreed on Wednesday, Sky sources understand.
One remaining financial issue is expected to be sorted out by the close of business, allowing an American investment group to take charge of the Premier League club.

MORE ON DI MATTEO TO VILLA
Reports earlier this morning revealed Aston Villa are close to appointing Roberto Di Matteo as Remi Garde's successor, but here's the latest from our Sky sources...
"The club's new owner Dr Tony Xia is understood to have been impressed with Di Matteo's CV and his plans for the Villa squad. Dr Xia's £76m takeover will only be concluded once he passes the Premier League's owners' and directors' test.
"Di Matteo, who stepped down at Schalke a year ago after a seven-month spell at the German club, is understood to have been at the top of Villa's wish-list ever since the takeover, with Xia looking to make a marquee appointment, which could come within 48 hours."

CHELSEA 'BID FOR RUDIGER'
Chelsea have made a £23m bid for Roma defender Antonio Rudiger, reports Il Tempo in Italy.
The Germany international signed for Roma earlier this week, making his loan move from Stuttgart permanent.
But a number of reports in Italy claim it will only be stop-gap for Rudiger, with Liverpool, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus all interested.
For Roma's part, they would stand to make a considerable profit from the transaction, having paid around £8m to sign Rudiger permanently.

EVERTON MISS OUT ON MONCHI
Everton look set to be frustrated in their attempts to bring Sevilla sporting director Monchi to Goodison Park.
The Toffees have been attempting to bring in Monchi - real name Ramon Rodriguez Verdejo - in a similar role to the one he has been performing at the Spanish club.
However, it appears he is staying with Sevilla - according to Sky sources - and, that even if he left, a release clause of around £3.8m would have to be met.
It is thought the recruitment of Monchi would be key in persuading Sevilla coach Unai Emery - who has reportedly held talks with Everton officials - to take over from Roberto Martinez as manager.

BRUCE TO TAKE 10 DAYS
Steve Bruce will consider his future as Hull City manager over the next 10 days before making a decision, Sky sources understand.
Bruce guided Hull back to the Premier League via the play-offs after a 1-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday at Wembley on May 28, but after the match appeared to cast doubt on whether he will remain in charge next season.
