Former Nottingham Forest defender Kelvin Wilson has been linked with a move to Cardiff City.
Wilson was one of three players released by the Reds when their retained list was announced in midweek.
And website The News Hub report that Bluebirds boss Paul Trollope is interested in signing the centre-back.
The report states Trollope, who is part of Wales' coaching set-up, wants to hold talks with Wilson once he returns from the European Championships.

Thirty-year-old Wilson joined Forest in a £2.5m move from Celtic three years ago.
He made 17 appearances for the club in the season just gone, but, along with Robert Tesche and Chris Burke, was not offered a new deal.
Cardiff have just three recognised central defenders on their books after deciding not to offer Ben Turner a new contract.
It leaves them looking for a replacement, particularly given rumours linking Bruno Manga with a move away.
