LEEDS MAKE CLARKE APPROACH
24/05/16
Bristol Rovers have received an approach from Leeds United for their manager Darrell Clarke as they look to replace Steve Evans, who at this stage remains in his position.
Initial talks have been held between Rovers and Leeds owner Massimo Cellino but Rovers have also offered Clarke a new and improved three-year deal to stay at the club.
Clarke - who has led the Memorial Stadium side to back-to-back promotions - is currently on a 12-month rolling contract.
