I think it is obvious that the new man in charge (Paul Trollope) doesn't see a coaching role for Scott Young, as the announcement on his (Young's) future came on the same day he was appointed!

Does he have coaching ability? He obviously has some, but the question is "Is it enough for a team at this level?" and the answer appears to be no (and his Welsh League exploits appear to back that up)

I think Scott made errors when (maybe by taking it in the first place) he was temporarily in charge at the CCS before Russell Slade came in and it has haunted him (in fans eyes) since

Doesn't take away from his achievement as a player but (rightly or wrongly) in a cynical society we tend to judge people on their latest actions rather than on what they achieved in the past...unless it's Arsene Wenger we're talking about, of course!
