If Trolope will work out or not.
No one thought Slade would work out, however most now concede that "under the circumstances" he did an ok if not good job considering.
At the beginning of the season would you have said Newcastle & Villa will be in the championship next season.
Could you have envisaged that Mouriniho would be sacked by Xmas.
That Malky would have done great again in his next job after us - he didn't.
Then there is Leicester and also the great escape pulled off by Warnock.
My point is that we don't know how Trolope will work out, yes we can guess but that doesn't mean that we are right. What can work at/for some clubs won't work at others and vice versa.
So let's get behind Trolope and support him and the team collectively as like most managerial jobs, it's all about confidence and momentum, if the manager gets confidence in our support for him, then he will in turn lift the staff and the team, and if the team is confident and playing well then that gives the owner confidence, who hopefully funds the team better (January or the following season) and if that happens then the fan base has more confidence in the club and the momentum is there.
But it starts with us the fans showing support in CCFC, the manager and the team, let's do this as one collective
