I believe if Trollope brings in the right players then the squad will be good enough for a play off place

I believe Trollope will have very little say in which players are brought in to the club.

He's also been told to get rid of high earners though meaning in most cases our best players/High earners, I cant see how we can achieve what he's said.... " To better this season and make the playoffs next season ".... If he's given players which are not his choice yet fans will all blame him if it fails. The players are brought in from the transfer committee within the club we have been told this by the club.
Id go as far as saying that tan/choo/dalman might aswell be the managers them self while Trollope just trains them and becomes the scape goat when the media are about like vultures

Yep that's the picture im getting people call it negative I call it seeing it for what it is. I mean what does this say about slade his past number two taking over where he left off, says it all really imo

We should be asking the squad what they think of the new manager they have inherited..
