Get bellamy on the coaching staff

Get bellamy as trollopes assistant manager or as a coach, maybe attacking coach for the first team.
Bellamy has bags of knowledge and experience and would be a positive influence on all the players.
Also rowberry as assistant manager or a coach.
These 3 working as part of the coaching set up could work well imo and isnt bellamy already working at the club at youth level so why not move him up?
Who thinks this could work?

Of Bellamy was going to come in it would be as manager.
