We have no money. We are amongst the poorest when it comes to football clubs :bluebird: :bluebird:

All clubs have ambition either getting promotion, avoiding relegation like in premier or just establish themselves in a particular league! Some ambitions are greater than others

Don't ever understand this statement

What's ambition?

Just because we've appointed from within doesn't mean to say the board haven't picked the right man

Just cos we aren't splashing cash about doesn't mean we don't have ambition either, it means perhaps for once in my lifetime the owner is trying to run the club sensibly wishing its own budgets, other clubs have done similar and got promoted, if recruitment and tactics etc are right then you'll win more than you lose just because we aren't spending £2m on each player and masses on a manager doesn't mean the board don't have ambition to take us back to the premier league

I said after ole left IMO it would take 4:5 years to build this club back the right way from top to bottom seems we are 18 months into that project and if Trollope gets us moving forward again we will be thereabouts within another two seasons

I bet most here would apply for a managers job if they were assistant manager wherever they worked. And if they did replace them they would have there own ideas and learn from previous mistakes. If anything he will want to stamp his authority even more to move away from slade which can only be good.
