Trollope

Can't believe what some people saying about him
If it wasn't for him coming this year we'd be bottom half of table easy
I for one would want him in charge as I reckon he has better ideas than slade and I'm sure he was hold back what he could do our football was much better when he came
obviously he's bonded with the players already knows what we are missing etc and who should go
Saying when shouldn't have him because he ain't experienced enough but yet people want Bellamy? How does that make sense ?
Think some people should realise what he done since he been here for us and what he might be capable of .
Worth a chance I'd say !

Yes worth a chance, but id prefer paul clement think he would have more about him and be able to attract better quality players too.
Keep trollope as assistant.

To be honest Trollope would not be my first choice as new manager. And i do agree with BlueMagic about Clement being able to attract better quality players. But would Clement have a transfer kitty big enough to attract those quality players? Not from what i've read he won't. And what about Trollope's coaching role with the Welsh squad, he's not going to be able to do both. I still think there's someone out there beside the two just mentioned who will be a surprise choice of the boardroom.

No matter who does eventually become the new head coach/manager i just hope that everyone supports him regardless if he was or was not their preferred candidate.

I dont know if i buy into the rumour that trollope will get a bigger transfer kitty than any other candidate.

Coule be right with a surprise name, robbie neilson? He could be a good shout?

I understand fans will feel underwhelmed at Trollope's appointment but we have to understand we are in a lengthy period of transition.

I wanted Warnock but will back PT fully if he gets the job. As pointed out above there was a massive improvement when he came in.

Also if Wales have a good European Championship his stock will rise. He also comes with an added bonus of being Welsh and if Rowberry gets the assistant position we would have an all Welsh management team for the first time in years.

Mediocrity, lack of ambition, and another wasted opportunity to move forward, but apart from that it would be great news
