Premier League clubs interested in Cardiff's Bruno Manga, says Manga's agent

The defender has one year left on his contract at the Bluebirds and looks set for a summer move.



Cardiff City defender Bruno Ecuele Manga could be set for a move to the Premier League, with his agent admitting to Le10 Sport that several top-flight clubs are interested in sealing his signature.

Manga, 27, joined Cardiff from French side Lorient back in September 2014, and has been a regular for the Championship club ever since arriving.

Now, Le10 Sport report that Swansea City, Crystal Palace and West Ham United are all interested in signing the Bluebirds' 2014/15 Player of the Season, with the media reporting that French club Rennes are also keen alongside the Premier League trio.

Speculation surrounding Manga's future is likely to intensify over the next few weeks, with the Gabon international about to enter the last year of his current deal in the Welsh capital.

And his agent, Yvan Le Mee, claims a move to the Premier League could well be on the cards, thought he wouldn't name any of the interested clubs.

He told le10sport.com: "All I can tell you is that Premier League clubs are interested.

"With what he showed at Cardiff for two years, it is logical that Bruno is attracting the interest of the world."


Despite his growing reputation, it has been something of a frustrating season for Manga, having been sidelined by injury early in the campaign, before coming down with a bout of Malaria.

Nevertheless, he has still managed to catch the eye with some impressive performances and now looks likely to make the move from South Wales, with Cardiff possibly keen to cash in rather than risk him leaving for nothing at the end of his contract next summer.

CRYSTAL Palace are in a battle with Premier League rivals West Ham United and Swansea City to sign Cardiff City defender Bruno Ecuele Manga, according to reports.

The 27-year-old has impressed since joining the Bluebirds from Lorient in 2014, and reports in France suggest that he has attracted interest from the Premier League.

Manga only has one year remaining on his contract at Cardiff, and French magazine Le 10 Sport is reporting that Palace, West Ham and Swansea are all considering making bids this summer.

Annis, Tutonda is similar style and build to Manga. He can do a job as City centre back for a long run to come.

What about Dortmund? If they have lost interest in Malone, they may come back looking at Manga?

I like manger, he's quality but comments that his two years at CArdiff have attracted worldwide interest are laughable. Love him to stay but certanily can be replaced.
