' Jason Perry and Rob Phillips. '

By The Other Bob Wilson

Friday 13th May 2016

As I listened to Jason Perry talking with so much knowledge and passion about the club at the Trust's AGM last night, I couldn't help wishing that he was still at Cardiff City in some capacity. Rob Phillips spoke of how the jacks benefit from having someone at the club like Alan Curtis who knows exactly what Swansea City means and represents to the supporters and that he plays a big part in educating new players as to what sort of team they are now playing for - Rob hinted that something like this could be Scott Young's most effective role at Cardiff, but, after last night, it would have to be Jason Perry for me if such a post was ever created.

For the third consecutive year, Jason and Rob attended the Trust AGM - I wasn't at the first two, but, after last night, I wish I had been. I was going to say the two of them were great value, but it cost nothing to watch them, so it would be a bit daft really!

The two of them have been great friends and supporters of the Trust over the past eight years and I'd just like to thank them (and Gary Bell who always comes along as a Trust member for events like last night's) for this and for the quality City chat they provided yesterday evening.

I've never heard Alan Curtis publicly humiliate players in the press. If Young wanted to be a mediator between players, staff & club administration then that ship sailed with those comments.

I was there last night and confirm Jason Perry spoke superbly from the heart but very intelligently,he should still be at our club in some capacity ,his honesty also shone through ,

this club is 'has come through on core values' Not only does that not make any sense, it's said without any self-awareness
