Andrew Jenkins on Facebook: "Not going to get many fans back with a signing like this. I bet even more people stay away."
Shaun Kilcourse on Facebook: "Rowberry has had a speedy rise through the coaching ranks and at the age of 29 became one of the youngest people in the world to earn his Uefa ProLicence badge. In terms of qualifications, that put him on a par with heavyweight managers such as Jose Mourinho, Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola." Yeah. And I've got a UK driving licence. The same one as Lewis Hamilton. Doesn't mean I can drive as well as him!"
Kingsley Lloyd on Facebook: "Tan playing Russian Roulette with the managerial post again."
Ross Chalmers on Facebook: "Probably needs to do his apprenticeship a little lower than the championship if u ask me."
There were some who didn't mind the idea...
Would be interesting to see @james_rowberry take charge. We could end up with Eddie Howe situation or it could end badly. Worth the risk..

Cardiff need a big name to get the fans back and to attract top players NOT James Rowberry! Bellamy's far more experienced #notconvinced

Martin Rees on Facebook: "We need the best manager for the job, not the youngest. Martinez set the foundation at Swansea and he is available."
