NEW CONTRACT FOR GUIDOLIN
Swansea head coach Francesco Guidolin has signed a new two-year contract at the club.
The Italian joined Swansea in January when they were just two points above the relegation zone.
The 60-year old has guided them to 11th place in the Premier League and after a board meeting at the Liberty Stadium today, Guidolin's contract has been extended through to 2018.

JOE COLE UNVEILED
Former West Ham and Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole has been unveiled by North American Soccer League (NASL) side Tampa Bay Rowdies, and he says he's ready to win trophies in Florida.
Cole last played for Coventry and moved to the Ricoh Arena on a free transfer from Aston Villa in January after a loan spell with the club.
But now he wants to win silverware stateside.
"I want to be here for the start of something big. I want to win championships," he said in his official unveiling.
"There's nothing bigger in football that winning. The aim is to win championships. That's the plan."

WILDER NOT JOINING CHARLTON
Charlton Athletic have failed in their bid to lure Chris Wilder from Northampton Town.
The Addicks, relegated from the Championship this season, had hoped to make Wilder their new boss in place of Jose Riga, who stepped down after their season-ending 3-0 defeat to Burnley.
An Athletic statement read: "Charlton Athletic can confirm that following discussions with Northampton Town manager Chris Wilder and his assistant Alan Knill over the vacant managerial role at The Valley, the club has been unable to reach an agreement.
"The club will now continue its search for a candidate to take the club forward. Any further announcements will be made in due course."

Sky Sports News HQ understands a decision on the future on Everton manager Roberto Martinez could come before the final game of the season.
The news that Frank De Boer has left his position as Ajax head coach has led to speculation he could be set to replace Martinez, and SSN HQ reports there is a "real possibility" the Spaniard will not be in charge against Norwich on Sunday.

Real Madrid are planning to renew the contracts of Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo, reports AS.
Both players have played a key role in Real Madrid’s revival under Zinedine Zidane and the club want to reward them for their impressive performances.
As such, Madrid are expected to resume negotiations to renew both of their contacts. A few months ago, senior Madrid figures contacted the players’ agents to inform them of their desire to extend their current deals.
Ronaldo’s current contract, which expires in 2018, will be extended until 2020 or 2021, while Bale’s deal, which finishes in the summer of 2019, will be extended by a further two years.

Nicky Maynard has decided to leave of his own accord, turning down an option to stay.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino has signed a contract extension with Tottenham until 2021.
First-team coaches Jesus Perez, Miguel D'Agostino and Toni Jimenez have also agreed contract extensions.
"It was an easy decision for my coaching staff and I because we can feel the appreciation of everyone here," Pochettino told the club website. "There is no better place to be right now."

CHERRIES STRIKER DEPARTS
Bournemouth have confirmed striker Jayden Stockley has signed a pre-contract deal to join Aberdeen next season.
"We wish him well," Eddie Howe told Bournemouth's website. “He is a player that has been with us for a long time. Here, he has probably been a victim of our success and the speed of our success.
"He was someone that we rated really highly in the League Two days and we believed had a really big future here.
"But as the club has moved forward into the Premier League it has become more and more difficult for young players to come through.
"It's a good move for him to Aberdeen and we hope he goes on to huge success."
