Anyone here work for the bookies coral ?

I applied for a job with coral, and got an email saying i need to do a online video interview from a set of questions and the upload it for them to see. I'm just wondering is this instead of a face to face interview ? Do I still wear a shirt and tie for the video interview ? And what sort of things are they looking for ? Any help would be great.
