Ledley to miss Cup final after leg break
Joe Ledley is understood to have suffered a leg fracture that will rule the Crystal Palace midfielder out of the FA Cup final and the European Championship finals with Wales this summer.
Both club and country were shocked to learn the severity of the injury, which Ledley sustained in a challenge with Charlie Adam, the Stoke City midfielder, on Saturday. Ledley came on at half-time but lasted only nine minutes before taking a heavy knock to the back of his leg. None of the club staff believed it was as bad as a broken leg at the time....updates to follow

Palace just confirmed it on Twitter. He has fractured his fibula.

When I was 17 I broke my fibula and was in plaster for 6 weeks. With the advances in medical science and the fact that he is pretty fit in the first place, I suppose he could make it for the Euros, but it seems unlikely to me.

Why would he? Crofts didn't play a single second of the qualifiers. At least Huws, Edwards, King and Vaughan are all ahead of him.
