A forum for all things Cardiff City

West Ham will tonight pull out all the stops for their last ever game at the Boleyn ground(upton park).Decades of ex-players present and a send off to remember for ever.Brings me right back to our last ever game at Ninian Park!! A ground with a great history of it's own,yet the send off given to her was laughable at best. The ground saw the bluebirds down the mighty Real Madrid, great f.a.cup giantkilling acts including the beating of Spurs,Man city and most memorably Leeds United.Sadly it also was the ground where the Scottish manager Jock Stein lost his life.Hold your heads in shame Cardiff City, you betrayed our wonderful old ground!!

Was terrible, I think the club were expecting a playoff spot and had something planned for that but still was terrible send off

Yes shame didn't get a all singing all dancing send off?
Wonder how many other grounds had such a poor send off or an Upton Park send off, be interesting to know?

It was really nice touch they are celebrating like they have just won the league though.

Don't think even the NFL would allow this sort of OTT snooze fest.

A bit OTT for sure but a brilliant game and a well deserved win played with bags of passion.
The complete opposite to ours.

It was a bit long winded.
I managed to turn it off before Pat Butcher turned up and started stripping off!!!

To be fair, they can afford this kind of thing considering how much money they're saving on their new ground
