Going by the options below, which are the top 12 managers in the betting market, who would you choose? I've put a gap after Neil Warnock, as I think the top seven are as realistic as we can get - the next five are even more unlikely.
Mine would be Paul Clement or Neil Warnock
Craig Bellamy EVENS
Paul Trollope 3/1
Paul Clement 6/1
Tony Pulis 10/1
Rob Page 12/1
Scott Young 16/1
Neil Warnock 16/1
Steve McClaren 16/1
Alan Stubbs 20/1
Gary Rowett 20/1
Nigel Pearson 20/1
Paul Lambert 20/1

Warnock, I think he suits the club, well the old one anyway.

My 3 man shortlist.
1. Bellamy: Knows the club well, believes in youth and will play attacking football.
2. Sherwood: Done well at Spurs, bought through youth at both Spurs and Villa, although Villa didn't go to plan, think he would do well here.
3. Clement: has a massive amount of knowledge with huge teams, plays an attractive style. Didn't have long enough at Derby and would like to see how he does with us

Warnock with Bellamy as assistant

Gary Rowett. Slowly and steadily been making his way through the leagues and might be ready to take a team to the top level. Unfortunately he might prefer to try it with the team he is with now. (Brum)

Ii would seriously consider Eddie Newton! Worked along side some top managers and is probably just waiting for some1 to give him a break. Cult hero down here aswell for anyone who can remember. Young, been in and around the business long enough. Lack of experience is better than no experience

Tony Pulis - You get promoted by not losing and Tony can coach a defence !!!!
It would be functional, but Malky did that and we turned the other cheek when winning.
Just can't see Pulis coming here though, Premier league saviour like big Sam, wait for a few months and a struggling club will come calling and Tony will be on a very big keep us up bonus

I would like to see Hull fail in the playoffs and for Steve Bruce to decide that he wants a fresh challenge.
That challenge being us.
If not then Paul Clement

Malky or failing that Bellamy

Pearson my choice but would be happy with a few in on the list
Mon May 09, 2016 8:42 pm
Pearson would be my first choice but I'd be happy with Clement also Bellamy hasn't the experience for me

How anyone would want Warnock at their club, any club is a mystery. I think the best person to get Cardiff moving and out of this division would be Craig Bellamy. A local lad full of enthusiasm and passion, give him a chance I say

Micky Mellon!!

Clement seems to fit the coach role and has coached at the very highest level at some of the biggest clubs in the world. He'd be my choice.

Went for Trollope as he has been offered the job and he has the ball in his court, also been offered 3/4 million to spend as we turned 2 million over from shirt sales and saved 1.5 million from cost cutting this season.
Trollope is no position to be leaving the club depending on his decision, that's the talk coming out of the stadium.

All of them i'd be happy with expect Scott Young of course.

No offence (you may be right) but that's just
ONE of the stories allegedly coming out of the stadium
We'll wait and see what occurs but I will say that the club are (as they usually do) managing to keep it all under wraps as it stands and I can appreciate that
So many rumours, so many ITKs and I guess one of them will be right one day soon!

Bellamy, Warnock and Clement seem to be the three names that most people are more positive about
Difficult to argue with that.
Warnock - Been around the block, and knows what it takes in this division
Clement - Fits the job description perfectly, very experienced around Europe and had a taste of the Championship
Bellamy - Obvious reasons

Definately Bellamy first choice.
Warnock would have been second choice but as the club are looking for a young manager, I think we can rule out anyone over 55.
Tue May 10, 2016 9:45 am
Nigel Pearson or Jack Charlton
