Karl Robinson or Justin Edinburgh or someone young like that

It's gotta be realistic pay wise end of the day

Given the amount squandered on fees and wages for loanees that didn't play this season i think we can afford a little bit of quality for the manager's job.

I'd be more worried about the players already on loan that slade didn't buy the ones he did cost a pittance and aren't high earners at all

The likes of Le fondre Fabio and others on the fringes must be offloaded

We also have a massive reductions in parachute payments which means we need to cut costs again this can only come through player sales or reducing wages by offloading the fringe players perish ally don't see us ridding ourselves of many fringe players without settling with them as they earn more than any club is willing to pay so that leaves player sales id suggest manga and Marshall will be top of that list to generate enough income to balance the loss in parachute payments

Anyone that thinks tan will get the chequebook out is nuts he's already said we must break even every season for four years in order for him to wipe the rest of the debt off he's not going to overspend by £5/10m a year again or we'll be back in the same position as we was

So I don't see a big name manager at all

It'll be someone young and upcoming who's on a average salary in the championship working to a tight budget wig a substantial promotion bonus
