Slade has done exactly what Vincent Tan has asked him to do.
Keep us in the championship, get rid of the highest earners and steady the club after the shambolic last 3 seasons.
Clearly Tan is more than happy with what Slade has achieved and has rewarded him for doing so.

My guess is Bellamy or a foreign coach.
