Klopp ? Fans United ?

Thu May 05, 2016 9:25 pm

Yet again we see what can be achieved when every single person connected with the Club is pulling in the same direction.

Say what you want about Malky but he was the first manager ( and the last) apart from Eddie May who pulled everyone together and look what the Club achieved.......OGS/Slade etc are simply yes men who the fans cannot/will not ever relate to which means we have no chance what so ever of achieving any success.

If the club wants success look at what Liverpool have achieved since they dumped Brendan Rodgers (when they we're 5th) Klopp has pulled every single person together and now they are one game away from Champions league!!!

Annis , I know you don't like Liverpool but you have to admit watching their recent games , the atmosphere, the way they are playing and the passion of Jurgen Klopp just makes football exciting !! ...we need someone to recreate that here !!!

Aberbeeg Blues is right!! For all Those who find fault in Malky, can't deny the spirit at the club whilst he was manager ...same when Eddie May was manager , you just looked forward to every game :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

From what I remember the club was far from pulling in the same direction under MM. The rebrand caused chaos and division during that promotion season.

The truth is we were promoted on the back of VT's £millions and that is the real difference between then and now.

It was!

Some credit to Watford and their managerial academy which produced Brendan Rodgers, Malky Mackay and Sean Dyche in quick succession. All similar in style and (leaving the off-field politics out of it) able to galvanise their teams/squads to produce consistent winning performances :ayatollah:
