Just watched bayern v athletico and both teams played quality football real fight and determination from both teams.

But what was evident to me was the passion from the managers on the sidelines, both animated shouting instructions looked liked they were fighting and on the pitch with their team. I dont care what you say but this passion from the managers transfers to the players, russell slade just stands there silent majority of the time saying and doing nothing, just stands there like he is bored out of his brain or doesnt have a clue what to do or say, no passion whatsoever from slade and i am positive this transfers to the player of cardiff city too, no fight no determination the players just go through the motions like their manager.

We need a manager with some passion and determination about him who agrees? Who would you like here who has the passion and determination?
