BELLAMY DUTCH RAY 3 YEAR PLAN

This is what we need imo as a poster pointed out in a different thread. Going nowhere under slade.

Bellamy would be a quality manager imo, gary caldwell like bellamy no experience has won the league with wigan. Add dutch rays qualities and experience and that makes a dream team.

Plan

Year 1 - Mid table finish
Year 2 - play offs
Year 3 - Promotion

Malky come in with a 3 year plan and achieved his goal now do the same with bellamy and dutch ray.
The club needs a long term strategy and direction and need passion back and the fans back pulling in the same direction, we will get none of those things under slade.

Id do a poll but dont know how but be interesting to see fans views on this.... which option would you choose out of these?????

Option A - Bellamy and dutch ray in charge next season we finish 12th and have to wait 3 more seasons to get promoted, next season though a 12th place foundations are already laid and wheels in motion for a bright future for cardiff city.

Option B - Offer slade a new contract and see where that takes us.

Yeh i agree we are not far away just need the right manager in charge. If bellamy and dutch ray could come in and make play offs first season great, buy my point in id be happy to give them a couple of seasons as they would be new in,rather than stick with the shit from slade any more seasons
