Marshall always.....

Sun May 01, 2016 6:24 pm

....does something daft during the last few games of the season (sent off last year and had 3 match ban at the start of this season, and now his crazy 'shielding' escapade yesterday).
Anyone would think he doesn't want to go int the shop window during the Summer. :?: :happy1:

I know Marshall is on record saying how much he is settled and loves S.Wales, but he is going to some extremes at the mo to make sure he stays here  :bluebird:

He certainly does have a few quirks to his game.....but at £500k Marshall is probably our best ever value for money signings..been an absolutely outstanding player over the last 4 or 5 years

There is truth in this. I've heard that for the Birmingham game he's planning to breakdance furiously in the 86th minute and subsequently concede a back-pass.

That actually made me laugh out loud.

Ramsey free and sold for 5m, Gunter free sold for 3m, Ernie free sold for 2m?

Marshall has moments of madness, but he's still a brilliant keeper.

If you want to point the finger of blame on a player, there are far more deserving candidates. Anyone who thinks the club can do without him is crackers in my opinion. You'd have to spend a pretty penny to replace him like for like or better.

Not really pointing the finger as I agree that he's a premier class.
Just saying (tongue in cheek) tha he's messed up towards the end of the season both this and last season and pointing out that it's a time when potential suitors are looking around for summer signings

Best goalie we have ever had, guess he is so pissed of with the clowns in front of him, so he decided to have go himself :bluescarf:

I dared to express criticism at Marshy when he was lucky not to concede near the end of the 0-0 with QPR (I think) when he tried to be smart and flick the ball up and nearly got caught out by the charging forward.

Blokes in front of me had a right go at me. Just cos he plays brilliantly for us most of the time doesn't mean I can't say something when he makes a right cock up? Told them to foxtrot Oscar, obviously.

Every single game Marshy clears to touch on the full like a rugby full back, sometimes 2 or 3 times a game - I'm sure he doesn't mean to, but he does it.

Some supporters are so blind they treat our players as if they are under 10s and can't be criticised.

By the same token I don't agree with slagging off players like some people do to Whitts (I only pick him as he gets most of it and has done for years) who slag him off when he isn't even near the ball, or even on the pitch!!

Anyhow CTID
