The problem is that next season, if he's still here, he's going to have to do exactly the same, but better,,,that is, get rid of players & no money. Its a Big ask, & quite frankly, I don't think hes up to it. He's taken us as far as he can go.

Well he hasn't got a good record regarding Youth players, has he? I can't see him changing that any time soon, & there lies the problems,,,he simply cant change.
