Sheffield Wednesday are not planning a tribute on Saturday for the 96 Liverpool fans unlawfully killed at Hillsborough.
The Championship club host Cardiff on the ground where the disaster took place in 1989 but a spokesman said: ‘There is no planned activity for the game. The club commemorate the disaster very respectfully with a memorial service on the anniversary in conjunction with the Hillsborough Family Support Group.’

A spokesman for the club said Sheffield Wednesday commemorate the disaster very respectfully with a memorial service on the anniversary - flowers were attached to seats as a tribute in April 2014
