Didn't have one this season but been to few games. Got one for next season though

I haven't, going to be strange got my reasons tho.

I haven't renewed my 2x long standing adult tickets after the ticket office refused me the 2 year deal even though I couldn't get through on the phone on deadline night. I was on the phone 9am next morning but they refused to budge.

Said I'd missed out on the 2yr deal.

It's Cardiff City that's missed out in my opinion. No wonder we lose so many decent supporters.

Pay as you go me now. Been 8 times this season.

Similar thing happened to me. Had to wait until paid. Ticket office were quite abrupt about it. Her attitude on the phone really wound me up. So that's 5 season tickets less for next year.

Price freeze will only be an issue if we go up.
Otherwise we won't be able to put prices up.

In fairness to the club, if they've made a rule they need to stick to it to be fair to all those that paid before the deadline.

Agree with you in principle but I've not been working in the cardiff area for a few weeks and calling the ticket office is a nightmare as they take ages to answer. I cant spend all day on the phone or my boss would sack me.

I went to the ticket office to speak to someone when I got back and the ticket office 'kids' were down right rude.

Maybe they had a few complaining and to be honest it would of made good business sense to have had a 48 hour extension etc.
