She is under investigation for corruption (in Manchester Police).
Says it all about the council of Sheffield and their head of the police force, as they knew about this before appointing her.

What has it got to do with Sheffield council?
The appointment was made by the elected Police & Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire. He has nothing to do with the city council.
