Whenever i wanto highlight someone elses post to anser, i have to highlight and copy and paste, but most other can bring the whole post over in a shaded box, how do you do that.

You press the "Quote" button instead of reply. The quote button is located within the persons post, to the left of your avatar.

just realised i rubbed it in by highlighting your quote
